Tru Thoughts Recordings is a Brighton, UK based label that was established in 1999 by Robert Luis and Paul Jonas. The label gained recognition from the start by releasing classics from Bonobo, Quantic, and Alice Russell, and has since gone on to release many more in the left field Electronic, Soul, Jazz, Funk, and World genres. The label continues to work with these established artists and has also signed up and coming acts. The label has a publishing arm under Full Thought, and publishes about 90% of the Tru Thoughts catalogue, making it a great one-stop shop operation.
