Composer and songwriter, Fran O’Hanlon, has released two studio albums under the moniker AJIMAL. Leaning on electronic, classical and folk influences, he was selected as one of the winners of the 2020 Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition and has supported Van Morrison, Bernard Butler and Jessie Buckley and The 1975. His music was featured on Mae Martin’s Netflix series, ‘Feel Good’ and he has scored a number of independent short films. His new album, ‘Always Upwards’ is due for release in early 2024 with first single in September 2023. He also works as a doctor in palliative medicine. Fran is launching music in September 2023 as part of his new project, Mezanmi (‘mes amis’).
